I bought a used GE washer from Heartland last week and it was a great experience! The delivery driver, Noah, was prompt and friendly. The washer was like new. Clean, only two years old, and a fantastic price!

Right from the start they did everything they said they would do and when they would do it kept me updated on when tech(Glenn) would arrive and status on parts arrival, I literally had no faith my ice maker would ever work but when he was done shortly after the ice cubes started falling into the bucket!! Glenn was very professional explaining the process to replace the parts, I would recommend 5*. Thank you Heartland!!

Heartland Appliance did a great job! When scheduling an appointment and in fixing my appliance. They scheduled a time to come and fix my stove. They took all the information down about my stove and Glen, the repairman, had it in hand when he came to fix my stove. Glen had great customer service and was very respectful of my home. He made sure my floors were not scratched and took all the bad elements with him. For the icing on the cake, they finished faster than anticipated. Thank you for a great job!

Highly recommend this store! Friendly and knowledgeable service from all. I ordered a new microwave over the phone, was sent via email a quote and information. The microwave was delivered and installed in a timely manner and is just what I wanted! When there was an intermittent fan noise I called and Myra was professional and very helpful. Glen from their repair service came to check it out today. Thank you Myra and Glen for your superior service. I will continue to purchase from you!

Our dryer broke down unexpectedly, and Heartland Appliance and Repair was sent by our warranty company. Working with Glen from Heartland was hands down the best experience I have had with a repair technician. His experience was apparent in how quickly he was able to diagnose and fix my issue. Not only was he incredibly professional, he was very friendly, would of offered him a beer if he hadn't been working. TLDR: If you need an appliance repaired, call Heartland Appliance and Repair. You won't regret it!

We had them come to look at our GE dishwasher that we purchased elsewhere that didn't work out of box. Sean did an excellent job. He found the problem and resolved it with no difficulties. He was extremely easy to work with! We would recommend their service department any day of the week. We may even check them out next time we are in the market for an appliance after this experience. Purchased adjustable bed for elderly mother. Purchasing experience was very pleasant and professional (Rob and Sue), as was installation experience. Scott and Mark were on time, personable, efficient and willingly adjusted bed height after first installation to satisfy my mother. Highly recommend.
